My work spans different genres from directing broadcast news, cooking shows, game shows and sitcoms to directing documentary films. CLICK HERE for an overview of my work.

Documentary Film

I am fascinated with preserving history. My oral history docu-series Beyond Ink & Paint: The Women of Animation examines the world of animation from 1970 to present day through interviews with the influential women that have shaped the art form, and created some of the well known animation studios and networks. The Women of Titmouse Animation is an award winning featurette of Beyond Ink & Paint that brings into question the parallels between an animator's educational experiences and their successful career trajectory  Another film that I co-produced and edited, With Infinite Hope, MLK and the Civil Rights Movement, gives a voice to those from the Civil Rights movement that together with MLK fought for change.

Teaching Television

I'm dedicated to impacting the creative world one student at a time. As a professor, I continually work to develop production assignments that challenge students in the areas of research, social impact, ethical responsibility and psychology.
